The conference fee for all participants is € 695,--.

The conference fee includes:

Students can make use of a discount and will pay only € 350,--. In this case submission of a copy of your official university registration document is required.

Please take into account that a letter of invitation (if needed) will only be sent after receipt of the registration AND the payment of the conference fee.

[b]Cancellations[/b]
Cancellations, stating name and registration number, should be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat. In case of cancellations before 1 October 2005 you will receive a full refund. In case of cancellations made between 1 and 23 October 2005 you will receive a full refund after deduction of € 50,-- administration costs. No refund will be given when cancelling after 23 October 2005.

[b]Proceedings[/b]
It is also possible to order the proceedings (CD-Rom) of the conference for people that have not attended the conference. Cost amount to € 50,-- per CD-Rom. Please send an e-mail to the conference secretariat [email=info@sportconference.nl]info@sportconference.nl[/email] in which you indicate that you are willing to order the proceedings, as well as the address the proceedings need to be send to. A creditcard form will be sent by e-mail. After receipt of the payment, the proceedings will be sent to the address indicated in the e-mail.

The CD-Rom will be available from the end of January 2006.
