[b]International visitors[/b]
All visitors must at all times be able to present a valid passport or European Identity Card. Foreigners having a short stay in The Netherlands less than three months may need a visa. Please check with the Dutch Embassy in your country to make sure if a visa is required.

[b]Languages[/b]
The official language of the conference is English.

[b]Insurance[/b]
The conference organisers are not liable for personal injury or the loss and/or theft of personal possessions of participants during the conference or as a result of the conference. You should check your travel insurance and other forms of insurance before departure.

[b]Banks[/b]
All banks are open from Monday to Friday from 09.00 till 17.00 hours. Nearly every bank has a 24-hours cash machine. The "bureau of change" at Central Station is open from Monday to Saturday from 08.00 till 22.00 hours and on Sundays from 09.00 till 22.00 hours.

[b]Weather[/b]
In the area of Rotterdam November can be cold and rainfall can occur. Please do not forget to bring warm clothing and a rain coat.

[b]Underground/Tram[/b]
[img=right]/images/content/fotogeneralinfovisitors.jpg[/img]The Rotterdam Underground has a North-South (Erasmus line) and East-West route (Caland line). Both Beurs-WTC Congress Center and most hotels are close to an underground or tram station.
