The following events are included in the registration fee:

- A welcome reception at the City Hall of Rotterdam on Wednesday 9 November 2005, 18.00 - 19.30 hours.

- A conference dinner on board the paddle steamer De Majesteit on Thursday 10 November 2005, 19.00 - 23.00 hours.

[i]Thursday 10 November 2005, Dordrecht[/i]
Dordrecht offers a fabulous city walk through its historic centre. A 45 minutes' boat tour by Fast Ferry  will bring you straight from the Willemskade in Rotterdam to the Merwekade in Dordrecht, offering interesting sites along the way. In the centre of Dordrecht you will find many lunchrooms and restaurants where you can have lunch.

11.32 hours   Per bus to city centre (stop in front of Fast Ferry)

The Willemskade is at walking distance from the Beurs-World Trade Center

Amsterdam offers a lot of tourist attractions with its many museums, canal trips and shopping possibilities. Trains will leave from
Rotterdam Central Station 4 times an hour. A return ticket, second class amounts to about Euro 23,--.

[b]SOCIAL PROGRAM[/b]

On Saturday 12 November 2005 two different tours in Rotterdam will be offered.

[b]Search through Rotterdam by 'step' (scooter) [/b]
Rotterdam Roots offers a scooter tour through Rotterdam. In Holland we call it a step to avoid mix up with the motorized alternative. In a very comfortable way you will end up in beatiful and special places. The steps are perfect to use in the city, even if you are not so sporty. For rainy weather, ponchos are availabe.

Step tours can be made on an individual basis. You can find you way on the basis of pictures of the surroundings. The theme of this tour is "sculptures and wall paintings". Interesting information will be provided.

The program includes:
- step hire from 11.00 - 15.00 hours (this will give you sufficient time for explanation, tour and breaks)
- route description
- interesting information on the surroundings

Cost amount to € 15,-- per person

[b]City Safari[/b]
City Safari organises successful voyages of discovery through Rotterdam. They love to show you the secrets of the city. Citizens and entrepreneurs heartily welcome you in their living room, place of worship, shop or restaurant. Doors will be opened that normally stay closed and behind every door a special surprise is waiting.

Neeltje and Myriam welcome you to their gallery and shop. In addition to their own designs they also sell jewelry from other designers. Have a look around during which one of the ladies will tell you all about the jewelry. You also get the chance to design something of your own.

15.00 hours [i]A visit to the Sabi Diri Culturu Shop[/i]
At Sabi Diri one can find everything about attracting the good and averting the evil. Marjorie knows the winti culture by heart. You may choose one of the oils to try at home.

Mr. Ganesh welcomes you. This temple is mostly visited by the people from Surinam and Hindus. While Mr. Ganesh shows you around, he is happy to answer any questions asked.

18.00 hours [i]End of City Safari[/i]

Cost amount to Euro 52,-- per person including welcome drink at the Bazar, but excluding cost for transportation, lunch etc.
